It applies to prospective buyers, existing clients, plot owners enrolled in the Plot Protection Project, investors, and visitors to our website. By sharing information with us or using our services, you agree to the practices described here.

We are guided by India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA), wherever applicable to our operations in Maharashtra.

We collect only what a given service genuinely needs. Depending on how you engage with us, this may include:

We collect this directly from you, from documents you or your representative submit, and — where relevant to verification — from public land records and government registries.

• To verify property titles, ownership history, and legal status before we recommend or protect a plot
• To prepare sale agreements, registration paperwork, and other documentation tied to a transaction
• To enrol and support clients under the Plot Protection Project, including monitoring for encroachment or disputed claims
• To respond to enquiries, schedule site visits, and provide investment consulting relevant to your goals
• To meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations, including RERA and anti-money-laundering requirements
• To improve our services and website, and to send updates about your enquiry or enrolled services

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell personal data to third parties.

Our Plot Protection Project involves closer handling of sensitive documents than a typical enquiry, so it carries additional safeguards:

• Title and identity documents you submit for verification are accessed only by the verification team assigned to your case
• Findings from sub-registrar offices, revenue departments, and other public land-record sources are recorded solely to confirm your plot's legal standing
• Continuous monitoring for encroachment or competing claims uses your survey number and title data — never information unrelated to the plot itself
• Verification reports are shared with you and, where you've authorised it, with your legal counsel or financing bank — not with unrelated third parties

We share information only where a service genuinely requires it:

• Government & regulatory bodies — sub-registrar offices, revenue and land-record departments, and RERA authorities, as required for registration or compliance
• Legal & verification partners — advocates, title-search agents, and surveyors engaged on your specific transaction
• Financial institutions — banks or NBFCs, only where you've applied for financing through us
• Service providers — payment processors, document-storage, and communication tools that support our operations under confidentiality obligations

We disclose information without consent only when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Bhoomi Empire, our clients, or the public.

Documents and records are stored on access-controlled systems, with physical files kept in locked storage at our offices. Staff access to identity documents and title records is limited to those directly handling your case, and digital transmissions of sensitive documents are encrypted in transit.

No system is completely immune to risk. If a breach occurs that could affect your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

We keep personal and transaction data for as long as needed to provide the relevant service, plus any period required by law — property and title records, for instance, are typically retained for the statutory limitation period applicable to real estate disputes. Enquiry data with no follow-up transaction is deleted or anonymised within 24 months.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information
• Request erasure of your data, subject to our legal and regulatory retention obligations
• Withdraw consent for uses that are not otherwise required by law
• Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf, in the event of death or incapacity
• Lodge a grievance with our grievance officer, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved
